  If you haven't tried the Bar Method yet, you NEED to make your way over to the Winchester studio! In my opinion, Bar Method is the best, safest, and most effective barre workout around. I have tried others over the years, but nothing really compares to the results you get at the Bar Method. The Winchester studio is a growing community with friendly, experienced instructors and very friendly clientele. It is not at all intimidating even if you have never tried this type of exercise before -- the instructors are encouraging and keep you safe by checking and correcting your form when necessary. It's also great for ALL ages because the exercises can be modified if needed.
  
  I have done Bar Method for years, and I can't imagine my life without it! I know that sounds corny, but it is true. It makes me feel strong and has helped my confidence grow. Not to mention, it has changed my body.
  
  Give it a chance! You might be surprised at how addicted you get.
